Sanofi-Aventis in Mokotów Business Park

Sanofi-Aventis is the third largest pharmaceutical company worldwide and ranked number one on the European market. It was created when Aventis, a Franco-German company, was taken over by Sanofi, which was the second largest manufacturer of medicines in France. Sanofi-Synthelabo had been a lessee in Mokotów Business Park from 1998. The merger and the ensuing changes have persuaded the company to extend its rented space to 4,700 sq. m, with the new contract being valid for the next 5 years.

”We are very happy that the biggest pharmaceutical group in Europe has decided to establish its Polish headquarters within Mokotów Business Park,” says Katarzyna Pankiewicz, the Deputy Marketing Director of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC). Katarzyna Szewczuk, GTC’s Marketing Director adds, “The lease agreements that prolong previous contracts make us very proud. We consider it as a vote of confidence from the tenants with which we have been co-operating so far.”

All Mokotów Business Park’s office buildings can be customised for each customer, and therefore completely satisfy the lessees’ needs. Globe Trade Centre S.A., Mokotów Business Park’s owner, has always done its best to provide tenants with state-of-the-art technical infrastructure and service capacity. The in-house digital switchboard has been modernised and adapted to the ISDN standard recently. Consequently, there has been broad-band access to the Internet and an unlimited number of phone lines since then. There are many facilities within the Mokotów Business Park complex: restaurants and cafes, a post office, three banks, a travel agency and a medical centre, amongst others. The footbridge over ul. Wołoska, which connects Mokotów Business Park and Galeria Mokotów, enables all employees of the office site to take advantage of the latter’s various facilities.
