Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has signed lease agreements for approx. 2600 sqm with Inditex Group in Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa. The biggest shopping centre in the region is attracting leading fashion brands. Inditex Group and Peek&Cloppenburg are the largest renowned international fashion retailers that decided to open their first stores in Częstochowa, selecting Galeria Jurajska.

, which is being constructed by GTC right next to the national road No. 1 in Częstochowa, is becoming a real regional fashion centre.

The brands from the Inditex Group – Zara, Bershka and Stradivarius – will occupy a total of approx. 2600 sqm of retail space in Galeria Jurajska. Zara will open two-level, large-size store, taking 1660 sqm. Units in Galeria Jurajska will be the first shops of the Inditex Group in Częstochowa.

“Due to its location, size and unique tenant mix Galeria Jurajska is attracting all the leading fashion brands active in Poland. We are now finalizing lease agreements with several other renowned international fashion retailers” – says Witold Zatoński, Member of the Management Board of GTC.

Galeria Jurajska offers 49,000 sqm of modern shopping and entertainment space and comprises approx. 200 stores, services outlets, restaurants, and cafes, as well as Cinema City multiplex. Shoppers will have access to a five-storey parking facility which will accommodate around 1,800 cars.

Nearly 90 per cent of the retail space in Galeria Jurajska has been pre-leased. Main tenants of the mall include Alma (3,400 sqm), Peek&Cloppenburg(3,000 sqm), the LPP clothing group (2,900 sqm), Mega Avans (2,800 sqm), Euro RTV AGD (1,300 sqm), Intersport (1,200 sqm), KappAhl (750 sqm), Kakadu(360 sqm), Rossmann (360 sqm), Sephora (345 sqm), Douglas (310 sqm) among the others.

Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive agent for leasing of retail space in Galeria Jurajska.

Galeria Jurajska attracted Peek & Cloppenburg

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) and Peek and Cloppenburg (P&C) concluded the lease agreement for the retail space in Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa. A two-level store with renowned, high fashion brands will occupy 3,000 sqm.

Peek and Cloppenburg has joined the tenant list of Galeria Jurajska, upgrading the fashion tenant mix of GTC’s mall in Częstochowa. Shoppers will find a wide range of exclusive fashion brands in a two-level store with 3,000sqm of retail space.

It will be the first P&C store in the region, while Częstochowa will be the sixth Polish city hosting this firm.

Osiedle Konstancja named Crystal Residential Estate

Osiedle Konstancja Residential Estate being developed by Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) in Warsaw suburb Konstancin-Jeziorna has been distinguished with the statuette “Crystal Suites 2008″ for the most luxurious housing investment in the Mazovia region.

Osiedle Konstancja being built by GTC Konstancja, a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A., has been awarded in a competition of “Apartamenty i Mieszkania” magazine (“Suites and Apartments”) in the category most luxurious residential investments in Mazovia. Substantiating the decision, the jury took into account first of all a consistent architectonic concept, which to a large extent harks back to the architecture of Konstancin and the 19th century idea of city – garden as well as exceptionally careful workmanship and concern about the comfort of future residents.

Osiedle Konstancja is one of the most prestigious complexes of residences and detached houses in the neighbourhood of Warsaw. The investment project is located at the entrance to Konstancin, 16 km from downtown capital. All houses in the Osiedle Konstancja are arranged so as to ensure that they melt into the green, natural environment. Simple and legible blocks emphasize the exclusive and unique character of the objects, designed by the most renowned architectonic studios in Poland.

In January this year the fourth stage of the investment project was completed, incorporating construction of 13 two-storey residences with total area of 330 to 380 sq m and 7 semi-detached houses – also with two floors. Osiedle Konstancja includes nearly 240 luxury houses and residences in total.
