International fashion brands will open their stores in Galeria Jurajska in Czestochowa as early as in October this year. Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has completed negotiations with Max Mara, Penny Black,  Trussardi and Promod.

Future customers of Galeria Jurajska that follow latest fashion trends will get opportunity to shop in Max Mara (120 sq m), PennyBlack (85 sq m) Trussardi (120 sq m) stores. The tenant mix of the first modern shopping and entertainment center in Czestochowa will also include Promod (200 sq m).

Max Mara and Penny Black stores will offer Italian women’s fashion, both elegant and subtle street-style. On the other hand, Trussardi store offer shall include clothes and accessories for both women and men. High quality, unique cut and comfort are the most important characteristics of the brand that has won recognition among fashion fans worldwide. Another new tenant in GTC’s mall in Częstochowa, French brand Promod specializes in providing original and trendy apparel for active women.

Finishing works in anchor units in Galeria Jurajska have already been started, adapting the shop’s area to the requirements of particular tenants.

First clients will visit Galeria Jurajska in Czestochowa in early October this year.

New Headquarters of Budapest Bank in GTC Metro

Budapest Bank leased nearly 17,000 sq m in GTC Metro Building

Budapest Bank and GTC Hungary concluded a pre-lease for renting the new GTC Metro office building in Budapest. The bank will occupy close to 17,000 sq m and will move to the new GTC Metro Building in Váci út in 2010.

GTC Hungary Real Estate Development Pltd. – a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A. Poland (GTC) – concluded a pre-lease with Budapest Bank – owned by GE Capital, the global finance unit of General Electric. The Budapest Bank headquarters will occupy the entire GTC Metro Building.

The office building on the “Váci office corridor” of the 13th District, Budapest will provide 16,740 m2 of offices, retail and storage space and 222 underground car parking spaces.

Budapest Bank and its subsidiaries (Budapest Fund Manager., Budapest Fleet., Budapest Auto Finance, and Budapest Leasing) will commence the lease in GTC Metro in Q2 2010 upon completion of the construction of the building. The term of the lease is up to 10 years.

The GTC Metro Building is a multifunctional complex strategically located, adjacent to excellent public transport and retail facilities and offers modern offices in a pleasing environment.

Earlier this year GTC Hungary signed a major lease agreement in GTC’s another office project in Budapest – Spiral Building, where Hungarian Tax and Financial Control Administration (APEH) leased 8,000 sq m.

Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa, realised by Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC), continues to attract renowned international clothing brands. H&M, C&A, Cubus and Benetton are new tenants of the biggest shopping and leisure centre in the region.

The chain of over 1,700 H&M stores offers brand-name menswear, womenswear and babywear at affordable prices in 34 countries throughout the world. At Galeria Jurajska, the H&M store will occupy over 1,800 sq m.

C&A has been offering European customers clothing of the highest quality at decent prices for over 100 years. In Poland C&A has a chain of 29 stores. The first C&Astore in Częstochowa will occupy over 1,800 sq m on two levels of Galeria Jurajska.

Cubus is one of the biggest and the most popular Scandinavian clothing brands. Its store at Galeria Jurajska will occupy over 680 sq m.

Galeria Jurajska will also have a store of the famous Italian brand Benetton (125 sq m).

Galeria Jurajska, the first modern shopping and leisure centre in the Częstochowa region, is being developed according to schedule. The opening will take place in October 2009.

Over 90 percent of Galeria Jurajska’s 49,000 sq m of space has been leased to date. A vast range of clothing stores, such as Peek & Cloppenburg (3,000 sq m), LPP group stores – Reserved, Cropp, Home & You, Esotiq, House, Mohito (2,900 sq m), the Inditex group (2,600 sq m) and KappAhl (750 sq m), await future clients. Consumer electronics will be available at stores such as MegaAvans (2,800 sq m) and Euro RTV AGD (1,300 sq m). Cosmetics and perfumes will be offered by Rossmann (360 sq m), Sephora (345 sq m) and Douglas (310 sq m), with food and groceries available at Alma (3,400 sq m). Galeria Jurajska will also offer exciting entertainment, including a Cinema City multiplex (1,450 sq m).

New tenants in GTC Square in Belgrade

GTC Square in Belgrade  attracts renowned  local and international companies
GTC Serbia concluded lease agreements for 3,150 sq m in its newest office project

GTC Serbia – a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) – concluded two lease agreements for the office space in the GTC Square complex in Belgrade. Tetra Pak Group and Forma Ideale joined the list of tenants in April this year.

Tetra Pak Group is a world leader in processing and packaging solutions for the food industry. The company, present in Serbia for more than 25 years, will occupy 1,500 sq m of office space in GTC Square for its regional headquarters in the Balkans.

Forma Ideale Ltd. is one of the regional leaders in furniture manufacturing and trading. The company will occupy 1,650 sq m in the ground floor of the complex.

Both tenants will move to the building in the summer 2009.

GTC Square is located in Treci Boulevard in New Belgrade, about 15 minutes away from the international airport. The complex enjoys an easy access from local highways and in future will also benefit from a planned new inner city ring. Such location positions GTC Square in direct reach of any destination within the capital of Serbia.

The investment was completed in Q4 2008 and comprises two A-class buildings offering 23,000 sq m of modern and functional office space. GTC Square offers its tenants ample parking for 300 cars, an open interior courtyard and a spacious and impressive atrium.

Existing tenant list of GTC Square includes many renowned international companies like Bosch, Adidas, Roche or Carlsberg.

GTC Square is now more than 60% leased.

GTC secured financing for the expansion of Platinium Business Park

On 9 April 2009 Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) concluded a loan agreement with Berlin Hyp bank. The construction of the building is due to be completed in December 2009.

The loan of 20 million Euro will finance the development of the third stage of Platinium Business Park in Warsaw.

Platinium Business Park has been one of the most prestigious office centres in Warsaw. It offers a unique architectural design, modern technology and high technical specification of the buildings. The tenants enjoy friendly and relaxing workspace environment – a blend of water (a pond) and ample greenery.

The office complex located on the corner of Domaniewska and Wołoska St. has been home to many renowned companies since 2008. The tenants in the first two buildings of Platinium Business Park include Leo Burnett, Levi Straus, Saatchi & Saatchi, GE Medical, Expander or Zenith Optimedia, among the others.

The construction of the third Platinium Business Park building has started in October 2008 and is progressing according to the schedule. The construction of the building, comprising 12,000 sq m of rentable space, is planned to be completed in December this year.

GTC has already secured a lease contract for 2,700 sq m of NRA in the third building of Platinium Business Park with TUI – one of the world’s leaders in the tourism industry. Negotiations are under way with other companies seeking a prestigious location for their offices in Warsaw. “Despite the economic slowdown, we still see significant interest in leasing of modern office space that provides tenants with comfortable working conditions, good communication with the city centre, wide range of services and retail facilities and the posibility of future expansion within the office park.
