Renowned design firm moving into Platinium Business Park III

• Epstein, one of the largest design firms in Poland, will lease 1,130 sq m in the third building at Platinium Business Park

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has signed a lease for 1,130 sq m of office space in the third building at Platinium Business Park in Warsaw. The new tenant is Epstein – one of the largest architectural and multi-sector design firms in Poland.

Epstein is the oldest foreign-based design firm on the Polish market. It is part of the renowned American architectural and engineering firm A. Epstein & Sons International. Epstein specialises in designing buildings for office, retail, public, industrial and warehouse uses, as well as hotels and residential buildings.

Epstein is the latest international firm that has decided to locate its offices in the Platinium Business Park complex, developed by GTC at the intersection of Domaniewska and Wołoska streets in Warsaw. The new tenant will move in this September.

“Our office development has attracted yet another prominent tenant, which is also an international specialist in the field of architecture,” said Piotr Kroenke, General Manager of GTC S.A. “That is an excellent recommendation for the entire Platinium Business Park complex.”

The third building in Platinium Business Park includes 11,400 sq m of office space. Over 90% has already been leased by such recognised Polish and international companies as Panasonic, TUI, CB Richard Ellis Facility Management, Artegence, Starlink, Bibby Financial Services and Communication Unlimited.

Ultimately there will be six buildings at Platinium Business Park, together offering over 70,600 sq m of modern office space. Other strong suits of Platinium Business Park are its central location in the heart of the business area of the Mokotów district and excellent transit links with the city centre and Okęcie International Airport. There are currently 650 parking spaces available to tenants of the first three buildings. The buildings in the complex feature high-quality fit-out, excellent interior lighting, and state-of-the-art technical and telecommunications solutions.

The prominent international firm Cushman & Wakefield serve as letting agent for space at Platinium Business Park.

GTC is preparing to start construction of the fourth building at Platinium Business Park, which will offer a lease area of 12,700 sq m. The building will be sited perpendicular to ul. Domaniewska. The company is currently awaiting issuance of a building permit for the project.

The next stage of the prestigious Osiedle Konstancja has started

• Construction work at the next stage of Osiedle Konstancja has begun in March this year

• A total of 37 houses, ranging from 215 sqm to 310 sqm of area each, will be constructed till June 2011

In march this year, Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has commenced construction work at the 5th stage of Osiedle Konstancja. 37 luxurious single-family and semi-detached houses are planned to be put into commission in Konstancin near Warsaw in June 2011.

Osiedle Konstancja, a housing estate located by the entrance route to Konstancin-Jeziorna, approx. 16 km from the centre of Warsaw, is one of the most prestigious residential investments in Poland. The execution of the project started in 1999. It was the first luxury home and residence estate to be erected near Warsaw. Within the four stages that have been completed so far, GTC erected a total of 243 residences, single-family houses and semi-detached houses. In March this year, the last (5th) stage of construction has been commenced; it is located in the southern area of the estate, by the alleyway named after Stanislaw Lem and along Danuta Rinn and Marek Grechuta streets.

The plan of the 5th stage of Osiedle Konstancja has been drawn up by dip Biuro Projektów architectural studio that also worked on the second and third stage of the investment. The architects have planned to include many solutions inspired by the latest trends in interior design, such as use of manually formed bricks and finishing facades with sandstone. The elegant and perfectly illuminated interiors of the house were designed with the highest concern for the comfort of living of the future residents in mind. The structure of the buildings provides for adapting them to the individual needs of the residents, while the houses themselves fit perfectly into the surrounding green areas. One of the components of the unique atmosphere of Osiedle Konstancja is also the network of spacious streets and recreational areas – gardens and the a park (along with a playground and courts) located in the central area. The vicinity of commercial centres such as Stara Papiernia or the neighboring American School are some of the additional assets of Osiedle Konstancja. Safety of the residents is provided with the help of a 24/7 security service and thermographic cameras.

In its 5th stage, Osiedle Konstancja will be expanded by 37 two-storey semi-detached and single-family houses with areas from of 215 sqm to 310 sqm located on plots ranging from 510 sqm to 1640 sqm.

The general contractor for the 5th stage of Osiedle Konstancja is Budner.

Prices of 5th stage semi-detached houses (areas between 215 sqm and 255 sqm) vary from PLN 2 300 000 to 3 000 000. Prices of single-family houses (areas between 280 sqm and 310 sqm) fall between PLN 3 700 000 and 3 900 000. The sale of houses from the 5th stage of Osiedle Konstancja has already begun.

Throughout the recent years, Osiedle Konstancja has been repeatedly commended by specialists from the field of construction and real estate development. The investment has been granted, among others, the CEE Real Estate Quality Award for the best residential project. Osiedle Konstancja is also the laureate of the “Crystal Apartments” prize in the category of the most luxurious residential investments in the Mazovia region, awarded by the “Apartamenty i Mieszkania” magazine.
