State Street will stay at Kazimierz Office Centre

Kazimierz Office Centre is the head office of State Street in Poland and the key location for the operations of the company in Europe. State Street Poland provides a range of complex investment servicing solutions including end-to-end investment fund accounting, derivatives processing, securities pricing, financial reporting and hedge fund administration.

“In 2008, the office space created by GTC in Cracow was chosen by State Street for the purposes of dynamic development of the company in Europe. Four year later the tenant decided to extend the leasing agreement. Kazimierz Office Centre in Cracow was set up on a plot located by the Vistula river, between Gęsia and Podgórska streets, just aside to retail and entertainment centre Galeria Kazimierz, also developed by GTC. Five-storey building holds 15,400 sq m of superior office space, with an additional commercial and service area on its ground floor. For the advantage of users of the object a two-level underground car park for over 200 cars was also built. One of the great advantages of Kazimierz Office Centre is its localization near to the strict city centre and what follows convenient public transport communication.

Corius leased

Corius is the third building in Okęcie Business Park. It offers 8,840 sq m of class A office space on seven storeys. The typical floor space is 1,434 sq m. Tenants have also 205 parking spaces in underground garage and additional parking space for guests, taxis and couriers on the ground level at their disposal.

Border Guard office will have an area of  700 sq m. The new tenant will move into the building in July this year.

The investment is currently under the certification process for the prestigious international LEED certificate.

The Corius building is equipped with suspended floors, suspended ceilings, soundproof tilt windows, full air conditioning, a state-of-the-art building management system, access control and professional security. Green terraces located at the roof of the building maintain characteristic part of the building façade.

Okęcie Business Park is located near Żwirki i Wigury street and Krakowska Avenue in Warsaw, which assures easy access by car or public transit. Galleria Burgas opens in May

Galleria Burgas will provide approx. 35,000 sq m of net rentable area and 1,200 parking spaces. It is situated in the affluent catchment area of Burgas, to be significantly strengthened by the visiting international tourists. The project has been jointly financed by the EBRD and Unicredit.

Galleria Burgas has attracted world’s leading fashion and entertainment tenants. GTC has signed lease agreements with Inditex group (Zara and Bershka brands), Cinema City multiplex with 10 halls (first cinema of this size and quality in the region of Burgas), Carrefour supermarket of 4,700 sq m, H&M, Pure Fitness and many other leading international and local brands.

Located by the shore of the Black Sea, Burgas isBulgaria’s fourth biggest city, with over 215,000 citizens. It is an important industrial, cultural and tourism centre with over 1 million tourists visiting city on a yearly basis. Burgas is also one of cities with the highest purchasing power inBulgaria.

Galleria Burgas will be a modern shopping and entertainment centre , that will bring to the Bulgarian market new quality in terms of the design, interior finishing with state-of-art lighting system and attractive tenant mix. The building will be the first sustainable shopping centre inBulgariawith LEED certificate.

Francuska Office Centre is now 60% let

The name of the new tenant will be revealed in September this year pursuant to the provisions of the lease agreement.  The new tenant is a large, Poland-based private company. It will move into to the second building of Francuska Office Centre.

Francuska Office Centre comprises two buildings with a total of 21,700 sq m. class A office space. The first building of the complex is 100% let. The new tenant will be the first one in the second building. The total occupancy of the complex is now at 60%. The list of tenants includes:  Ruch, Bank Millennium, Nordea Bank, KPMG, Philips Lighting, American Heart of Poland, Arpid and Berlitz.

Francuska Office Centre is located adjacent to public transit stops. The project is also convenient for motorists, with direct access fromFrancuska streetand easy access for travellers on the A4 motorway and national route 86.KatowiceInternationalAirport,  at Pyrzowice, is about a 25-minute drive. The underground parking garage at the complex offers spaces for about 400 vehicles.

Centrum Biurowe Francuska also received 2nd prizes in the category of buildings for public use in the Building of the Year 2010 competition, organized by the Polish Union of Civil Engineers and Technicians, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Office of Building Control.

Renowned tenants to stay longer with GTC

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has extended lease agreements for a total of 11,000 sq m of office space at PlatinumBusinessParkin Warsaw.

Subsidiaries of the international advertising group Publicis (Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, ZenithOpitmedia and Starlink) will remain tenants of Platinium Business Park for another 7 years. In addition to the current 9.500 sq m, Publicis has also picked additional 2.200 sq m of office space.

GTC has also extended lease agreement with GE Healthcare (technology and services provider for healthcare sector) for another 5 years. The company is renting a total of 1.500 sq m of office space in the first building of the complex.

PlatiniumBusinessPark complex consists of four completed buildings with a total of aprox. 44,000 sq m of office space and one building under construction  (11,000 sq m) which has been already 80% let. The fifth building will be put into commission in June this year.

GTC successful in regional cities

The list of new tenants of Francuska Office Centre includes Trac Tec (the producer and supplier of railway infrastructure) that has leased 1,200 sq m of office space. GTC has also signed lease agreements with the net of cardiology and cardio surgery clinics American Heart of Poland (1000 sq m), KPMG (800 sq m) and Arpid legal office (340 sq m). Trac Tec and KPMG have already moved in, while the rest of new tenants will do so in April.

GTC has also signed a lease agreement for 1,500 sq m of space at GTC Office Centre in Cracow with Intellinet. The new tenant operates in the IT sector.

IBM will stay at GTC Office Centre for the next five years. The company currently leases a total of over 14,500 sq m in three buildings of the complex. The subject of recently extended lease agreement is an area of more than 5,000 sq m where units like Business Transformation Outsourcing center or software laboratory are located.

Lease agreement for 600 sq m has also been extended by the local office of Deloitte. Hitachi has picked additional 400 sq m increasing the total area of their office to nearly 2,000 sq m.

Corius office building is now 90% leased

Amber Gold has leased 2,700 sq m of office space. The company will move into the building in early June this year.

Polskie Porty Lotnicze (Polish Airports) has leased 1,900 sq m of office space. The new tenant will move to the building in early July.
