LG Electronics and CIHA leased office and retail space in Harfa complex in Prague, co-owned by Globe Trade Centre

Globe Trade Centre S.A. and Lighthouse Group, the major Czech developer of commercial and residential real estate, are glad to announce its latest leasing transactions with LG Electronics and the Czech Ice Hockey Association (CIHA), in its office building – Harfa Office Park.

 

CIHA, organizing amongst many other ice hockey competitions the second and third highest senior leagues in the Czech Republic, concluded a long-term lease of approximately 1,000 sqm of first-class office space and moved into their new office at the beginning of January 2014.

The CIHA’s president, Mr. Tomáš Král, comments: „What we appreciate the most in Harfa Office Park is the high quality for a reasonable price. The close proximity to the biggest Czech hockey arena – O2 Arena – has a symbolical meaning for us, it is also the place where the 2015 World Ice Hockey Championships will take place.“

The latest tenant addition of Harfa, LG Electronics CZ, s.r.o., the leading producer of consumer electronics, leased approximately 1,400 sqm of offices in Harfa Office Park and 500 sqm of showroom in Galerie Harfa to commence in May 2014.

Globe Trade Centre leases another office in Warsaw`s Aeropark office complex

Concare IT specializing in IT solutions supporting sale businesses, outsourcing and CRM, has decided to lease 700 square meters of an office space. Concare IT has based its new headquarters in the Nothus building, one of three office buildings in Aeropark, formerly known as Okęcie Business Park. The lease agreement was signed for three years, with an option of a further extension.

Aeropark office complex is located at 17 Stycznia Street, in the direct proximity of Warsaw’s Chopin Airport. Nothus building, completed in 2008, is modern A class office building, offering over 9 200 square metres of leasable space to its tenants. The entire Aeropark (consisted of Nothus, Zephirus and LEED-certified eco-friendly Corius building) offers a total of 27 400 square meters of commercial space. GTC extends lease agreement with Novo Nordisk for its Aeropark in Warsaw

Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd. has extended its office lease agreement for Zephirus office building and will remain in the Globe Trade Centre S.A.’s Aeropark for another five years. Novo Nordisk occupies 2,127 square meters in Zephirus.

Danish company, the manufacturer of innovative medical equipment and medications for diabetes and haemophilia, has decided to extend its current office lease contract with GTC. New agreement applies to 2,127 square meters of office space in Zephirus building, located in Warsaw’s Aeropark, formerly known as Okęcie Business Park. Under the new contract, Novo Nordisk will remain in the GTC’s offices until at least December 2018.

„The contract extension with Novo Nordisk is particularly satisfying for GTC, as competition on Warsaw’s office market remains fierce and supply outweighs demand. We consider the new contact as an acknowledgement of the highest quality of services provided by GTC” – commented Jacek Wachowicz, Leasing and Sales Director, Member of the GTC’s Management Board.

Designed by renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates Architecture Studio, Aeropark remains popular among tenants.
