Among the tenants of the first large-area shopping centre at Białołęka the chain store of the Celebrities’ Jeweller – M&M GOLD can also be found. The company specialises in the unique, artistic diamond jewellery.
Since its opening, Galeria Północna has been enjoying constant interest of its customers. For the first time – for more than a decade – a modern shopping centre in the capital city has delivered to the northern and eastern regions of Warsaw the commercial and entertaining offer that has not been available here before. In the incoming weeks two new premium brands will be there in Galeria Północna. As early as in September, on the commercial map of the facility the first-in-Poland Saffiano boutique is going to appear. The elegant boutique will be established for modern women, who follow world-wide trends in fashion and look for luxurious brands that will perfectly go with each outfit. Saffiano is also a proposal for gentlemen wishing to find a perfect gift for women. In its offer, there are bags of the renowned designers such as Furla or Versace Jeans, as well as – first and foremost – a wide selection of Michael Kors bags which are loved by the trendy Polish women. On the opening day, customers will enjoy numerous surprises and attractive discounts. The first-in-Poland Saffiano boutique will be located on the ground floor of Galeria Północna and will be one of the largest bag boutiques in Warsaw.
The other luxurious lessee in Galeria Północna will please the lovers of extraordinary jewellery. M&M GOLD the Celebrities Jeweller is the brand signing stores with elegant, artistic jewellery made in short, limited series by skilled jewellers-artists. The offer of M&M GOLD is the reaction to the needs of the customers looking for timeless beauty and the luxury of precious stones. The chain stores are specialists in manufacturing jewellery with diamonds, each product has a quality certificate issued by the International Diamond Expert. M&M GOLD is a direct diamond importer into the Polish market. The brand experts have HRD certificates of the most renowned Institute of Gemmology in Europe. M&M GOLD jewellery is being made with care of every detail, and is prepared to satisfy even the most demanding customers. The Celebrities’ Jeweller showroom offers only diamond jewellery. In its offer, some unique hand-made platinum jewellery, an immense selection of engagement rings as well as single items of the original old ART DECO jewellery can also be found. The showroom in Galeria Północna will be the third M&M GOLD store in the capital city and the first one in the north of Warsaw. It is going to open up in November.
GTC announces the acquisition of a new development project on Váci út 85 adjacent to GTC Hungary’s already highly successful Center Point Office Buildings. This new project will be entitled Center Point 3 and will add approximately 35,500 sq. m GLA of office and commercial space to the flagship Center Point Office Campus. With this acquisition GTC reinforces its position as the leading developer in the Budapest property market.
The newly acquired plot is located in the Váci Corridor, one of the most dominant office locations close to Budapest’s CBD and currently the largest and most popular office submarket, comprising more than one quarter of the total office building stock in the City.
The project is adjacent to Center Point 1 and 2 and it is the intention to form an enlarged Center Point Campus of approximately 78,000 sq. m, all in one city block. The campus is only 2 minutes walk from two Metro stations and maintains a high visibility profile in a landmark position.

The lease agreement was mediated by the leasing department of GTC.
