- Galleria Arad developed by GTC Romania was opened last week
- Over 100,000 people visited the mall in its first days
Galleria Arad is the eleventh shopping and entertainment centre successfully developed by GTC Group in the CEE region and the fourth one developed by GTC Romania in its home country. The mall hosts a total of 100 shops in a 35,000 sq mnet rentable area and is fully leased.
Galleria Arad was visited by over 31,000 guests in the first day of its activity and by a total of over 100,000 guests in days following the opening.
Galleria Arad is anchored by CORA supermarket, 8-screen multiplex Cinema City, Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius and Pull&Bear), Peeraj Group (Mango, Oviesse, Piazza Italia, Vero Moda and Jack & Jones) and Pure Fitness. The mall has an underground parking facility for 1000 cars. Galleria Arad also serves as a seat of some local authority departments of the Municipality of Arad.
Galleria Arad has a very convenient public transportation access and it will serve a population of over 300.000 inhabitants in a catchment area of a 30 minutes’ drive.
