Beiersdorf, a prominent skin care company based in Germany, has trusted GTC Bulgaria with its office choice. This globally acclaimed company will move into the class A office building Sofia Tower II in Sofia, Bulgaria. The newly developed building is in the final stage of construction.
GTC signed the first lease agreement in Sofia Tower II with Beiersdorf. The German company will move into the brand-new GTC development in the beginning of 2023. Sofia Tower II is a class A office building adjacent to Mall of Sofia, with ideal location in the city center and easy access to all parts of the city. The building developed with GLA of 8,060 sq m is in the final stage of construction. The occupancy permit is expected to be granted by the end of the year.
