Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has entered into more leases at University Business Park in Łódź. The tenants at the complex are from the IT, finance and pharmaceutical industries.
The American company Bankruptcy Management Solutions is a provider of software and support services for firms in bankruptcy.
Another new tenant is Tax Care, which provides financial solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Pharmena is a company that handles development and sale of pharmaceuticals and medical cosmetics and testing of new medicines for such uses as treatment of circulatory disorders. The company was created by local researchers from the Technical University of Łódź and the Medical University of Łódź.
The new tenants will move into University Business Park in June.
Other companies that have already leased space at the University Business Park include Intergraph, Kredyt Bank, AEGON, Warta Life Assurance and Hermann Kirchner.
University Business Park is located adjacent to the campus of the Technical University of Łódź, between al. Kościuszki and ul. Wólczańska. The first of the two buildings, completed in 2010, offers 18,500 sq m of pleasant Class A office space with abundant natural lighting, as well as 300 parking places.
The University Business Park building has seven floors, with a typical floor area of 2,700 sq m.
University Business Park is suited to the needs of tenants large and small (with a minimum lease area of 100 sq m). The complex was designed to provide tenants the greatest flexibility in arrangement of the interiors and efficient use of the area as individual offices or as open space.
University Business Park is equipped with suspended ceilings, tilt windows with external roller blinds, state-of-the-art HVAC and telecommunications systems, backup power source and full access control. This makes it possible to arrange the office space freely for back-office operations or for research or laboratory use by companies from the BPO sector, which make up a significant percentage of potential investors in the Łódź area.
