Forever 21 in Galeria Wilanów and Galeria Północna!

  • Forever 21 signs its first lease agreement in Poland.

American clothing giant, Forever 21, will open their shops in two GTC investments in Warsaw: Galeria Północna and Galeria Wilanów. Forever 21’s first lease agreement in Poland has just been signed.

Forever 21 is one of the most popular American fashion brands with high recognition all over the world. Forever 21 is present in several dozens of countries, including: Belgium, Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Thailand and Great Britain. Both Galeria Północna in Białołęka as well as Galeria Wilanów located in the south of Warsaw will feature the stores of this cult brand.

We’re delighted about starting cooperation with such a globally well-known brand such as Forever 21. The choice of Galeria Północna is an illustration of how attractive this project is in terms of location, architectural design, interior and leasing strategy. What is also important for the tenant is the fast approaching opening date of the project currently under construction. Under construction in the Warsaw’s district of Białołęka, Galeria Północna is already 60% commercialised taking into account signed rental agreements and letters of intent. Galeria Wilanów on the other hand is still in the pre-construction legal planning phase. The tenant was represented by Cushman Wakefield.

Galeria Północna, designed by APA Wojciechowski and Tzur Architects, will not only be a shopping mall, but mainly a semi-open recreation space. The project involves the active use of the roof, which will be landscaped with green walking paths, a garden and a playground. The gallery offers around 64,000 m2 of space and 2,300 parking places.

Galeria Wilanów will be the very first major new generation shopping center located in southern Warsaw. Designed by the renowned APA Wojciechowski and Moshe Tzur architecture studios, the gallery is planned in such a way as to provide maximum openness. The environmentally friendly design will contain an entertainment section as well as a playground, easable area will equal 61,000 sq. m including ca. 250 stores and service points.

Galeria Północna expands its sports offer

  • Adidas and Reebok join the many other tenants in Galeria Północna.
  • 420 sq of new sales space for the sports offer.

Galeria Północna, currently under construction in the Białołęka district of Warsaw, is already 60% commercialised. Adidas and Reebok have now joined the many other tenants signed up to this development and the sales space dedicated to sport will now take up 420 sq and will be managed by the brands’ commercial partner Kaja Sport.

Adidas, the leader of the sports clothes and footwear retail market, together for 10 years with Reebok, offer sports products for all who are both active in sport and who value high quality products. In their wide offer you can find products for children, adults and amateur and professional fans of a wide variety of sports disciplines including fitness and cross fit.

The tenant offer of Galeria Północna is continually developing, and is attracting more and more well known and popular brands. The future customers of this modern shopping and entertainment mall will be able to take advantage of the offer of such brands like Empik, Smyk, H&M, LPP Group(owner of brands such as Reserved and Cropp), Wolczanka, Vistula and W. Kruk, CCC, Martes Sport, Forever 21, Carrefour Hipermarket, and the multiplex cinema chain Cinema City.

The commercialisation of Galeria Północna is currently developing in parallel with the construction, which was started in July of last year. To date construction up to level 0, the insulation of exterior walls and 80% of the concrete construction underground is complete. Work is currently ongoing on the above ground levels as well as the sanitary system installation.

Galeria Północna is designed by APA Wojciechowski and Tzur Architects. The design involves the active use of the roof, which will be landscaped with green walking paths, a garden and a playground. The new modern shopping and entertainment centre with semi-open recreation space and a diverse offer will aim to attract not only customers from Białołęka, but also from other districts of Warsaw and its surrounding areas. The opening of Galeria Północna is scheduled for H1 2017.
