• First building of FortyOne office complex in Belgrade was officially opened
  • The second phase of the investment will commence in a few days

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC), one of the leading commercial real estate companies in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, has officially opened the first building in its new office complex in Belgrade – FortyOne. The building of over 10,000 sq m has already reached 92% of occupancy. Very good leasing results and an increasing interest from the tenants allowed GTC to take a decision on the investment into the second building in this project. The building of over 8,000 sq m will commence in a few days and will be delivered in the third quarter of 2016.

The FortyOne project is a world-class complex comprising three office buildings with an ideal location in the New Belgrade municipality. The second phase of the project will supply another almost 8,000 sq m of the class A office space to the most demanding tenants providing them with the maximum functionality of the space built in accordance with the LEED certificate.

The second phase of the FortyOne office complex will be completed by in the third quarter of 2016.

 

ABOUT FORTYONE

GTC FortyOne is a world-class complex of three office buildings ideally located in the New Belgrade municipality (on the corner of Bulevar Milutina Milankovica and Bulevar Umetnosti), close to Belgrade main highway, which makes it easily accessible by both car and public transport.
