Lease agreements with Aegon and Impel Catering are the most recent contracts at the Łódź University Business Park office building; built, managed and owned by GTC. Impel Catering Company, a part of the Impel Group company, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has decided to lease 353 square meters designated for catering business for the next seven years, until December 2020.


Consecutively, Aegon Services, which supports and coordinates Aegon’s insurance sales network in Poland, decided to extend its existing lease. The new agreement is signed for three years.

Completed in 2010, University Business Park, is a modern A-class office building. It offers a total of 18.500 square meters of lease space. Besides Aegon and Impel Catering, the seven-floor office building is home to companies including Samsung Electronics Poland, Accenture, Mobica and PKP Informatyka. University Business Park’s attractive location in Łódź city centre close to Wólczańska 178 street, University of Łódź, Manufaktura shopping and entertainment centre as well as Atlas Arena, contributes to high University Business Park’s high popularity with tenants.
