More new stores will open this autumn.
The new shops at Galeria Kazimierz include Three Crosses Square (a boutique for luxury brands Armani Collezioni, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hugo Boss, Burberry, Church’s, Kenzo and J.M.Weston), Baldinini, Badura (both brands offering footwear and accessories), Reebok (sports clothing and gear) andSalomon (sportswear and shoes). Salad Story opened in the food court. In the near future the mall will welcome Mango (women’s fashion), Monetti (exclusive porcelain), Step In (shoes) and Drogeria Natura (cosmetics).
Current tenants at Galeria Kazimierz who have reopened in a new location and with a new layout include Yves Rocher (cosmetics), the clothing store Americanos(with the “Handmade Indigo Art” concept) and shoe store Heavy Duty. The expanded Próchnik boutique has added Tiffi to its line-up of brands.
“Galeria Kazimierz enjoys recognition among residents and visitors to Cracow, where it has been one of the city’s most important and most prestigious shopping locations for the past 5 years,” said Anna Malcharek, Managing Director for Shopping Centres at GTC S.A. “The partial redevelopment of the tenant mix will be sure to make the facility even more attractive and increase the quality of the retail experience.”
Opened in March 2005, Galeria Kazimierz was GTC’s second retail development in Poland, following Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw. It was also the first modern shopping mall in Cracow.
The architecture of Galeria Kazimierz offers a functional and attractive combination of modern retail space and restored landmark buildings within the layout of the mall. There are over 130 shops, service points and entertainment options in a retail area of over 36,000 sq m, including a 10-screen multiplex cinema. The anchor tenants at Galeria Kazimierz are Zara, H&M, C&A, Reserved, Carry, Empik, Alma, Pure Fitness, RTV Euro AGD and Cinema City.
Retail leasing at Galeria Kazimierz is handled by the international firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
The owners of Galeria Kazimierz are GTC S.A. and Quinlan, which each hold 50% of the shares in the mall.
