Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has signed a lease for 1,130 sq m of office space in the third building at Platinium Business Park in Warsaw. The new tenant is Epstein – one of the largest architectural and multi-sector design firms in Poland.

Epstein is the oldest foreign-based design firm on the Polish market. It is part of the renowned American architectural and engineering firm A. Epstein & Sons International. Epstein specialises in designing buildings for office, retail, public, industrial and warehouse uses, as well as hotels and residential buildings.

Epstein is the latest international firm that has decided to locate its offices in the Platinium Business Park complex, developed by GTC at the intersection of Domaniewska and Wołoska streets in Warsaw. The new tenant will move in this September.

“Our office development has attracted yet another prominent tenant, which is also an international specialist in the field of architecture,” said Piotr Kroenke, General Manager of GTC S.A. “That is an excellent recommendation for the entire Platinium Business Park complex.”

The third building in Platinium Business Park includes 11,400 sq m of office space. Over 90% has already been leased by such recognised Polish and international companies as Panasonic, TUI, CB Richard Ellis Facility Management, Artegence, Starlink, Bibby Financial Services and Communication Unlimited.

Ultimately there will be six buildings at Platinium Business Park, together offering over 70,600 sq m of modern office space. Other strong suits of Platinium Business Park are its central location in the heart of the business area of the Mokotów district and excellent transit links with the city centre and Okęcie International Airport. There are currently 650 parking spaces available to tenants of the first three buildings. The buildings in the complex feature high-quality fit-out, excellent interior lighting, and state-of-the-art technical and telecommunications solutions.

The prominent international firm Cushman & Wakefield serve as letting agent for space at Platinium Business Park.

GTC is preparing to start construction of the fourth building at Platinium Business Park, which will offer a lease area of 12,700 sq m. The building will be sited perpendicular to ul. Domaniewska. The company is currently awaiting issuance of a building permit for the project.
